Tina Cary, President and founder of Cary and Associates, has delivered keynote addresses, lectures and presentations for technical and general audiences in a dozen countries on four continents. Topics range from trends in GIS, remote sensing, and photogrammetry to various aspects of marketing communications in the geotechnologies.

Dr. Cary was a Keynote Panelist in the session “Turning Point: The Future Direction of the Geospatial Industry” at the ASPRS Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon, 30 April 2008.

Tina Cary was invited to present the opening address, “Industry Overview: Seeing Ahead in the Rear-view Mirror” (outline, pdf, 14K), to the Conference on Commercial Remote Sensing in Denver, Colorado, 13-14 September 2004. Subsequent speakers repeatedly referred back to it throughout the conference.

Tina Cary presented a luncheon address, Mapping the Future: George Washington's or George Orwell's?(pdf, 34K) at GIS in the Rockies in Denver, Colorado, 8 October 2002, that resulted in dozens of requests for copies. Highlights of the speech were published as "Mapping the Future, Despite Yogi Berra" in Geospatial Solutions, where it was described as "imaginative and thought-provoking."
